on real estate practice area in Romania and recognized as “exceptionally hard
working and business-oriented”. Francisc managed to build and train a team of
lawyers specialised on real estate who assisted clients on the main Romanian real
estate deals of the past years. According to Chambers commentary, Francisc is
viewed as the “star of the real estate world”. Recent highlight deals include advising
on the 340 million Euro acquisition of a real estate portfolio in Romania by Deutsche
Bank group, the largest real estate deal done in Romania to date. Francisc also has an
