INFRASTRUCTURE AND CONCESSIONS
We are a natural fit for highly complex projects
where multi-sectorial experience, in-depth
knowledge of the legal specificities of a certain sector
and the ability to manage multiple legal
work-streams simultaneously are essential.
Furthermore, we view our extensive experience in
dealing with the authorities of the Romanian state or
with communities as very relevant for our ability in
the public procurement and concessions sector.
During their previous engagements members of our team have had leading roles in projects such as:
- Infrastructure Projects and Related
Financing such as: advising an important
player in the mining industry on construction, urban planning, real estate and other regulatory
matters in connection with a large investment
project – proposed developement of one of the
largest gold mine exploitations in Europe;
advising the Romanian gas distribution company
in respect of its participation to Nabucco, the
project intended to deliver gas from Asia to
Europe or advising a major supranational
financial institution in connection with the
financing of the largest industrial park in
Romania. - PPP and Concessions such as advising the Ministry
of Administration and Internal Affairs and the
National Regulatory Authority for Municipal
Services in relation to redrafting the existing
PPP/PFI municipal services legislation in order to
comply with the EU legislation; advising a
multinational corporation in respect of the
construction and development of a large
commercial centre to be located on
an area of 110,000 sq.m. on the Bucharest ground
zero area; assisting an important real estate

private-public partnership signed in Romania -
Dambovita Centre or advising utilities companies
in water concession projects for large communities. - Public Procurement such as advising the largest
