ONE OF THE MOST COMPLEX REAL ESTATE PROJECTS IN RECENT TIMES ASSISTED BY PELIFILIP

PeliFilip assisted the Belgian acquirers and developers Belrom Real Estate and K&S Developments in the negotiation process and the signing of the set of agreements for the development of Electroputere Shopping Centre in Craiova.

The work on this transaction took more than 5 months and included asset acquisition, asset acquisition financing, fiscal regulatory, forward assets sale, construction and development contracts, construction loan facilities and related ancillary agreements for one of the most important real estate projects of the year.
