EXPERIENCE:
Oana’s primary practice area is real estate. Her background includes substantial
experience in dispute resolution and commercial law, being involved in major
projects and complex litigation file cases, for both international or domestic clients.
Before joining Peli Filip, Oana has worked with the Romanian leading law firm. Oana
has advised leading international developers in all real estate areas such as
commercial (Atrium Centers/Dawnay, Bluehouse, Sonae Sierra, Central Europe
Finance Real Estate Romania /Cefin Real Estate Romania, Arkade Development,
Romexpo), office (RREEF Real Estate/ Deutsche Bank Group, AIG Lincoln, Fabian
Romania Property Fund, East and Center European Venture Capital/ Cascade Park
Plaza, European Future Group, Avrig 35), logistics (ProLogis, Solutia Services
International, Schlumberger Oilfield Europe Suport, Credit Europe Bank), residential
(RREEF Real Estate/ Deutsche Bank Group, Bluehouse), infrastructure (Transgaz) and
forestry (Ingleby). Her other area of expertise includes dispute resolution,
developed among others while representing Romanian and foreign clients, such as:
an important Romanian construction company specialized in infrastructure works,
an important player on the Romanian market of French auto-vehicles and its
leasing company, the exclusive supplier and distributor in Romania of Caterpilar
equipments, an important player on the Romanian market of agricultural vehicles
and plants in relation to commercial (including insolvency related file-cases),
administrative, labour, civil and criminal litigation or assisting them in judiciary
and extra-judiciary settlements.
