  the acquisition by a large Greek fund of land valued at EUR 72 million or the EUR 90 million acquisition
  by a major international group of various real estate
  properties in cities throughout Romania.
• Developments such as: the development by a
  major international real estate group of office
  buildings located in Bucharest or the development by
  the largest developer operating in Romania of an
  A class office building located in Bucharest having
  a leasable area of approx. 55,000 sq.m.
• Real estate investment/exits such as: the purchase by one of the largest banking groups worldwide of a real estate complex in Bucharest valued at EUR 340 million or the sale of a top A class building downtown Bucharest – the largest office building transaction in Romania at that date.
